I can't be bothered finishing off the Internet Meme list, so I want to remove it from my front page so lets role with this.

As the sturdy iron beams crashed towards the ground, a large explosion of white light flashed before our hero's face. Shards of shrapnel flew towards his face, however the strength had already been sapped. Cuts began to form throughout his face, revealing a river of red blood and white bone.

As the blood began to pour down his face, another light flashed, but this time not as bright; this stunned our hero. Now staggering he fell backwards leaving his entire body exposed. As the molten iron began to rain down from the now black sky. Our hero tried to find his feet, but this was a feeble attempt. His shoes were torn and the black leather stitching had been melted by the explosion. A hard throbbing began to run through his mind, thump thump thump. he began to focus his mind and get a clear image of what had just happened. A blurred image of a bomb remained constant in his mind. The black coating peeling from the aluminium frame, revealed the stainless silver body. A red timer was counting down, on a black background, to an inevitable disaster.

This began to fade and our hero began to think of what he was going to do. he breathed heavily in the dust and smoke; this battered his nose and began to linger in his palette. He knew he had to move, before another light struck. He closed his eyes. Suddenly, his cuts began to regenerate. "What's this?" he thought to himself. Shocked by this our hero began to struggle to his feet, only to find his body completely deprived of any signs of damage. His broken hip and dislocated elbow had been completely healed. Shocked he jumped to his feet and began to run. The molten iron rained down on his naked back and began to burn through his skin, only to be immediately healed, by his strange 'new' gift.

TBC. (If you want me to.)
